Who We Are

The distributorship was incorporated in March of 1933. Michael J. Kiernan, an Irish immigrant, settled and founded the company in East Chicago, Indiana. Due to significant growth and urban sprawl, the company moved in 1963 to its current facility located in Hammond, In. Today a third generation of the Kiernan family owns and operates the business. In addition to the Anheuser-BuschInBev stable of brands, the portfolio includes world class brands as Heineken, Corona, and Three Floyds.

Our business philosophy is built on core values of integrity, humility, and respect for our employee family and business partners. It is our commitment to reflect the fiber of the community in our organization, and to support community outreach efforts to promote social responsibility and quality of life.
